We have more than 20 combined years of experience in working with various third party payers and health care providers. We routinely review and/or draft a variety of agreements for our PPO clients. These agreements include, but are not limited to: individual health care provider contracts, institutional health care provider agreements, third party administrator agreements, and management services agreements. We closely follow legislation as well as various agency rule making processes as they pertain to issues faced by PPO’s and other health care provider networks. We routinely provide summaries to our clients of relevant state and federal laws and rules. We also assist our PPO clients in answering compliance, reporting and other day-to-day questions that may arise.
