We have more than 12 years of experience in
working with Ohio Medicaid Managed Care program
requirements. We regularly attend Bureau of
Managed Health Care monthly meetings on behalf of
our Medicaid Managed Care Plan clients. We
closely follow the development of state policy as
pertains to the Medicaid program and advise our
clients about pertinent changes and developments.
We also provide advice on current Medicaid
regulatory issues and can help health plans comply
with and understand current state and federal
Medicaid requirements. This includes advice
and counsel to our Medicaid Managed Care Plan
clients as they work to meet various reporting and
other contract requirements during the course of the
contract year. We are also available to review
or to draft any documents that may be required by
ODJFS or the Ohio Department of Insurance. We
routinely provide summaries to our clients of
relevant state and federal laws and rules.
